Do I need an Internet connection to use Forest School Assessments?

The assessment tools are hosted in the 'cloud' so Internet access is needed to use them. Paper based assessment recording sheets are available for you to print. If you are ever stuck without Internet access you can record assessments on paper and enter them online at a later time.

Do all features work when using a phone or tablet?

Yes. You may find some elements of the site easier to use on a desktop, laptop or a tablet with a larger screen but all functionaility is available on any device with a modern browser.

Can you invoice me so my school finance office can pay by bank transfer?

Yes, bank transfer is now available as a payment option. When you create your account choose Bank Transfer as the payment method. Your account will be created immediately and you will be able to log in and download an invoice. Your account will then be activated as soon as payment has cleared by our bank.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel either monthly or annual membership at anytime. Cancelling membership will prevent any further payments from being taken but will not prevent you from using your account for the remaining time on your subscription.
