What does the assessment tool measure?
The assessment tool allows you to measure a learners Confidence, Engagement, General Mood, Motor Skills, Self Awareness, Self Regulation, Social Skills and Well Being.
Will the assessment tools work on my MacBook / iPad / school computer / at home?
The assessment tools are hosted in the cloud and will work on any computer or device with a modern web browser. No special software is needed.
Do I need an Internet connection to use Forest School Assessments?
The assessment tools are hosted in the cloud so Internet access is needed to use them. Paper based assessment recording sheets are available for you to print. If you are ever stuck without Internet access you can record assessments on paper and enter them online at a later time.
Do all features work when using a phone or tablet?
Yes. You may find some elements of the site easier to use on a desktop, laptop or a tablet with a larger screen but all functionaility is available on any device with a modern browser.
Can you invoice me so my school finance office can pay by bank transfer?
Yes, bank transfer is available as a payment option. When you create your account choose Bank Transfer as the payment method. Your account will be activated immediately and you will be able to log in and download an invoice. Payment terms are 30 days after invoice date.
Can I change my subscription?
Your subscription can be switched at any time to ensure you receive the best value.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.
How are the costs for subscription switches calculated?
When switching subscriptions prorated paytments are calculated on a price per day basis.
When upgrading a subscription a gap payment may be required to account for the number of days left in the subscription period. This is charged at the time the subscription is switched. At the end of the current subscription renewal period you will then be billed the full new amount.
When downgrading to a cheaper subscription there is no cost and you will not be billed until the end of your current subscription renewal period, at which poing you will be billed the new amount.
